Anthony S. Falco has been a lawyer in Massachusetts since the 1980s. Anthony is an honors graduate of Suffolk University and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Stetson University College of Law in Florida. He started his own firm, Anthony S. Falco & Associates, P.C. in 1990, where he specializes in matters affecting the elderly. In 2000 Anthony co-founded Senior Resource Center, Inc.
Anthony is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Inc. (NAELA), a Charter Board member of the NAELA Seniors Rights Political Action Committee, a member of the MA-Chapter Public Policy Committee and is the Finance Director and Treasurer to Timothy B. Cahill, Treasurer of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Anthony is married and the father of six children.
David S. Corman

David S. Corman attended Boston University. David began his career as an account representative with the Prudential Insurance Company of North America, and from there he worked for Mutual of Omaha. In the early 1990s he was a financial planner for Bay State Financial Services, where he helped families and small business owners. David went on to become the Director of Estate Analysis at an elder law office, where he developed his expertise in Medicaid matters and the preservation of assets for families facing long-term care needs. He has spoken nationally on Medicaid-related issues. David is the father of one child.
Rita G. Evans

Rita G. Evans is a graduate of the Quincy Hospital School of Nursing. For more than 15 years, Rita was a nurse in the emergency room at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston. She has won numerous citations for her work, including the Karen Daley Nurse Achievement Award as emergency medicine Nurse of the Year in 2000 and the Partners Healthcare Award for clinical excellence in 1999.
Rita developed the role of RN-Case Manager with Senior Resource Center, Inc., where she is the chief consultant and advocate for families and their loved ones needing long-term care. Rita also coordinates regular educational presentations to health care professionals. She is a member of the Case Management Society of America and holds a certificate in case management from LTU HealthCare Continuing Education. Rita is married and the mother of two children.
Ronald R. Kearns, R.N., Esq.

Ronald R. Kearns graduated from Fitchburg State College Cum Laude with a BSN in 1985. He graduated with Honors from Suffolk Law School and has practiced Estate Planning, Real Estate, Medical/Legal and Elder Law since 1991.
Mr. Kearns brings a unique focus to Elder Law, advising on care needs, and developing the Estate and Medicaid Plan based on those needs. He shares his expertise in each of his respective fields by offering complimentary CEU presentations for Elder Care Professionals that cover a variety of topics related to medical and legal issues faced by seniors and their families.
Mr. Kearns is a frequent guest on local radio and cable stations. He is married and the father of two children.

Thomas P. Clougherty has been a lawyer in Massachusetts since 1996, and is also licensed to practice law in New Hampshire. Thomas is an Honors graduate of the University of San Diego and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Massachusetts School of Law. He has specialized in matters affecting the elderly and the disabled since 1996. Thomas is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA), as well as the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA. Thomas is licensed as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He advises seniors and their families on Estate and Medicaid Planning, Probate Law and Asset Preservation Strategies. Thomas is married and the father of three children.
Paul Thornhill, Esq.

Paul Thornhill has been a lawyer in Massachusetts since December 2002. After serving three years in the U.S. Army, he graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, holds a Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law, and is currently an Adjunct Professor at Quincy College.
Paul worked as Clerk and Associate with a traditional Elder Law practice before joining Falco & Associates, P.C. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Inc. (NAELA) as well as the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA, and counsels seniors and their families on Estate and Medicaid Planning, Probate Law and Asset Preservation. Jean Ricciuti graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education and Health. She was a Human Resources Manager for Fidelity Investments for more than ten years before joining SRC’s team. At SRC she has developed the role of Office Manager which entails many different functions, including all aspects of client interface, staff support, day-to-day business operations and special projects. Jean resides in Quincy.

Joshua M. Grieves earned his Bachelor of Science degree at Bentley College in 2000. Joshua spent over seven years working at John Hancock Financial Network as a financial advisor. At John Hancock, his primary focus was working with pre-retirees and retirees in the areas of asset preservation/distribution, life insurance, and long-term care planning. To further his credentials, and to better assist his clientele, Joshua obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in March of 2007.

Myra Gilcrest

Myra Gilcrest’s role is one that families most often remember after they have finished our process of qualifying and filing for benefits. She began her career at the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health as a benefits coordinator and joined SRC in 2001 after working in a traditional elder law office, preparing and filing long term care Medicaid applications. She guides families through the critical phases of the Medicaid application process as well as all the follow-up that the state requires to obtain an approval. Along with communicating the application status of our clients with nursing home staff, and state case workers, Ms. Gilcrest also works closely with Aging Service Access Points (ASAP) staff to coordinate benefits that keep our clients in their homes by qualifying for Community Medicaid programs.
